Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a Director of PMO to manage engineering program delivery across enterprise engagements. You will lead client-facing delivery, build dashboards, and shape PMO standards while growing a high-performing team.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution and collaboration with R&D leadership to scale governance and reporting. You’ll design AI-powered workflows and tools to keep program tracking fast and accurate, translating complex milestones into clear executive updates for senior

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience, incl. 4+ years directing a SaaS PMO
• Experience leading complex, client-facing enterprise software implementations
• Proven ability to build trust across engineering leadership without direct authority
• Hands-on AI workflow experience and scalable PMO tooling

Responsibilities

• Own program management across the engineering org and portfolios
• Lead client-facing delivery for large enterprise engagements
• Build a company-wide program reporting standard and dashboards
• Manage and grow a team of program managers
• Partner with R&D leadership to shape PMO structure and governance
• Stay hands-on and drive day-to-day execution on high-stakes programs
• Design and run AI-powered workflows and PMO tooling
• Communicate updates, risks, and strategic initiatives to executives
