Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Director of Integrated Workforce Solutions to lead the strategy for AI-driven workforce platforms and enterprise solutions. You will align Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft ecosystems with business outcomes, shaping a premier employee experience across the organization.

You will drive architecture, product visions, and multi-year roadmaps while collaborating with HR, IT, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
10+ years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams, complex product portfolios, or enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Design workforce tech strategy and architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and AI platforms.
Lead AI and automation initiatives, piloting and implementing agentic AI and intelligent workflows.
Define workforce product visions, roadmaps, and value-realization metrics focused on business outcomes.
Develop business cases for technology investments and track ROI metrics.
Partner with HR, IT, and executives to align tech strategies with business goals.
