Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Director of Software Engineering for the Secure Web Platform within the Digital Channels team in Columbus. You will lead a technical area, drive impact across departments, and act as a primary decision maker for your teams and projects.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex technical items.

Responsibilities

Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
Accountable for decisions influencing resources, budget, and tactical operations.
Sets direction and governance for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation to drive improvements in speed, quality, and outcomes.
Applies knowledge of SDLC tools including AI-assisted development to improve automation value.
Governance accountability for coding decisions, cost of ownership, and portfolio operations.
Delivers technical solutions that can be reused across businesses and domains.
