Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering with 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex items.
Proven success delivering multi-team programs at scale and on schedule.
Experience leading large cross-functional teams of technologists.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple technology and process implementations to achieve firmwide technology objectives.
Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
Set and scale multi-department strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation.
Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to drive cross-domain reuse and capacity unlocks across departments.
Provide leadership and direction to teams across platforms and lines of business.
Interface with senior leaders to drive consensus across objectives.
Manage stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations.
Influence peers and senior stakeholders across business, product, and tech teams.
