Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 10+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex items in your domain.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Experience with agentic AI-enabled engineering practices and governance.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, security, and governance in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Accountable for decisions influencing resources, budget, operations, and processes.
• Sets direction and governance for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation within a technical area.
• Applies knowledge of tools in the SDLC to improve automation and capacity unlock initiatives at scale.
• Governance accountability for coding decisions, cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations.
• Delivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
