You will drive AI-enabled engineering practices, enforce governance and security, and partner with product and technology leaders to accelerate delivery while maintaining reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• 10+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex technical items.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Experience adopting agentic AI-enabled engineering practices across teams.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use and governance in engineering workflows.
• Practical cloud native experience.
• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
