Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in Sales Strategy, Commercial Planning, or related areas.
• Experience leading enterprise sales planning within a complex global organization.
• Ability to persuade senior executives and guide cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise annual and long-range sales planning with growth priorities.
• Lead strategic account planning for key customers with Sales Leadership and Account Executives.
• Develop insights from customer, competitor, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
• Establish planning governance, cadences, and review processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Market Insights to align forecasts and budgets.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation of sales planning through analytics and automation.
• Produce executive-level assessments and growth strategies for senior leadership.
• Build and lead a distributed team for sales planning and commercial strategy.
