Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with QE focus or technology leadership.
• Experience applying AI-enabled testing, automation, analytics to improve quality.
• Experience driving AI SDLC adoption and measurable productivity gains.
• Experience defining and scaling QE standards, governance models.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, standards, and operating model for QE practices.
• Lead the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence and governance forums.
• Develop QE maturity models and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
• Modernize testing practices to improve quality and speed delivery.
• Evolve testing roles toward automation engineering and AI-enabled quality.
• Expand AI-assisted capabilities across test generation, defect analysis, and release risk.
• Define enterprise QE tooling standards and adoption roadmaps.
• Scale QE innovations like AI-assisted testing and self-healing automation.
• Influence leaders and stakeholders to adopt QE standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to platform engineering for QE practices.
