Qualifications

• Hands-on background in SQL, Python, and data modeling to support design reviews and technical decision-making.
• Experience with a modern lakehouse/warehouse platform and operating it well.
• Fluency with BI tools and a view on when dashboards are the right answer.
• Understanding of experiment design, measurement, and causation to guide the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Property Operations Pod and shape its scope with leadership.
• Own delivery quality, sequencing, and adoption of shipped work.
• Deeply understand property operations to surface untapped opportunities.
• Maintain the pod as a standing part of the business with ongoing updates.
