Job summary

Greystar is building the data foundation powering AI across its global multifamily platform. As an Analytics Engineer in the Decision Intelligence pod, you will turn data foundations into usable products—dashboards, models, or lightweight web apps—to help business teams make faster, smarter decisions daily.

You’ll own initiatives end to end, dive into data, design experiments, and ship in Databricks and SQL, with Python and BI tools like Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics/analytics engineering with end-to-end ownership.
• Academic background in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling experience.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation.
• Fluency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience building data models and pipelines in a modern lakehouse/warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end to end from question to data product and delivery.
• Embed in business area to identify high‑value data opportunities.
• Ship data products such as dashboards, models, or lightweight web apps.
• Design experiments and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and business teams to scale solutions.
