Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Payment Network PMO, focusing on Digital Platform Projects including domestic and international eCommerce and tokenization work. You will partner with product, technology, and operations to deliver complex initiatives across multiple functions and lines of business.

You will manage the full lifecycle of programs, from discovery through governance, ensuring requirements are met and stakeholder expectations are aligned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience required.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience required.
• MBA or advanced PMI/CSM/SAFe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple program and project deliveries across Digital Platforms.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to governance and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage critical path and resource plan.
• Develop and manage communications and stakeholder engagement, including status reporting and escalations.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation across interdependent initiatives.
