Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Transformation, you will partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to scale change and improve customer value and speed of innovation.

Qualifications

• Led product management efforts for B2B software or SaaS.
• Proven ability to influence product direction without formal authority.
• Experience shaping AI-enabled product development and AI workflows.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to connect data to decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and align product decisions with customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures and demonstrate impact to guide broader rollout.
