Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
- 5+ years leading engineering managers and multiple software engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled products and platforms.
- Lead multiple engineering teams and managers, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
- Champion AI-enabled software development and intelligent product capabilities.
- Collaborate with customers, product leaders, and stakeholders to translate challenges into innovative technology solutions.
