Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years leading engineering managers and multiple software teams.
• Experience delivering cloud-native software products and platforms on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading teams building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI governance.
• Experience using AI development tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
• Customer-centric product development and co-design experience.
• Experience driving engineering strategy and execution within a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling engineering organizations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven Firm Intelligence products and platforms.
• Lead multiple engineering teams and managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy.
• Drive organizational transformation through modern engineering, cloud, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Establish engineering standards, development frameworks, and best practices to improve quality, speed, and scalability.
• Champion AI-enabled software development and intelligent product capabilities.
• Partner with Product Management to identify opportunities where AI and analytics create measurable customer value.
• Guide architectural decisions for cloud-native apps, APIs, platform services, and AI-powered solutions.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid learning, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with customers, product leaders, and stakeholders to translate challenges into innovative technology solutions.
• Ensure teams focus on solving customer problems and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Use data and metrics to drive product decisions and investment prioritization.
• Build and retain high-performing engineering leaders and teams.
• Coach managers and senior engineers through mentorship and career development.
• Create an inclusive culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and priorities to support strategic growth.
