Amgen seeks a Senior Digital Product Manager to shape Product Operations, DPOM adoption, and AI-enabled PDLC initiatives. You will own tooling, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and coach product teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will work with AI, architecture, data, security, and governance stakeholders, promoting responsible and scalable product practices across the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate/Masters/Bachelor in a relevant field with substantial digital product leadership experience.
• 2+ years of people management or leadership experience required.
• Experience in healthcare/biotech or regulated environments preferred.

• Define and enable DPOM, product tooling, and PDLC workflows for product teams.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled workflows and PDLC improvements across teams.
• Coach DPMs and embed with product teams to improve practices and outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI, data, architecture, governance, security, and procurement partners.
