Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Director of Planning & Portfolio Management in Chicago to lead the enterprise portfolio governance function. You will ensure data integrity across Tempo, EOS, Jira, and Databricks, driving AI-enabled insights and scalable processes.

This role reports to senior leadership and partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, and TPM teams to prioritize work and optimize investments. You will manage a distributed team, advance an operating model for portfolio governance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of portfolio management, program management, or technical operations in a large-scale technology or media organization.
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams and/or multi-disciplinary portfolio operations.
• AI, automation, and tooling strategy for portfolio operations.
• Experience with budgeting, CapEx/OpEx, and FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department-level Planning & Portfolio team responsible for portfolio governance infrastructure, data, automation, and reporting.
• Translate portfolio data from Tempo, EOS, Jira, and internal tools into trusted leadership rollups for executive reporting.
• Own planning, budgeting, vendor-management inputs, and governance standards for Portfolio operations.
• Coach and develop a geographically distributed team of portfolio professionals.
