Job summary

SiriusXM seeks a Director of Planning & Portfolio Management to lead the enterprise portfolio governance, data integrity, and reporting across Tempo, EOS, Jira, and Databricks. You will drive AI-enabled insights, oversee planning cycles, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure reliable execution.

The role requires 10+ years in portfolio/PM, 5+ years of leadership, strong financial acumen, and experience with automation. Legal right to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of portfolio management or related experience in a large-scale tech/media organization.
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams and/or multi-disciplinary functions.
• Strong financial acumen with exposure to capitalization, CapEx/OpEx, and FP&A.
• Experience with AI, automation, and enterprise tooling strategies.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable operating plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department-level Planning & Portfolio team and its governance framework.
• Drive AI-enabled portfolio reporting and modern work tools to improve insight quality.
• Oversee quarterly and annual planning, prioritization, and roadmap governance.
• Ensure data integrity across Tempo, EOS, Jira, and Databricks for exec reporting.
• Coach and develop a geographically distributed portfolio operations team.
