Job summary

SiriusXM in the United States seeks a Director, Planning & Portfolio Management to lead enterprise portfolio governance and data-driven decision support. You will standardize processes across Tempo, EOS, Jira and Databricks, drive AI-enabled insights, and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and C-suite to ensure reliable execution.

This role requires 10+ years in portfolio/PM, 5+ years in people leadership, and deep FP&A/CapEx experience.

Qualifications

10+ years of portfolio management, program management, or technical operations experience.
5+ years in management leading teams and multi-disciplinary portfolio operations.
Strong financial acumen with FP&A, CapEx/OpEx experience.
AI, automation, and tooling strategy for portfolio operations.
Legal right to work in the U.S.
Experience with enterprise tooling and governance across large tech/media orgs.

Responsibilities

Lead the Planning & Portfolio team for core governance infrastructure and tooling.
Drive AI and enterprise tooling to improve insight quality and reporting speed.
Own quarterly/annual planning, portfolio intake, prioritization, and roadmap governance.
Ensure accurate data across Tempo, EOS, Jira, Databricks for exec reporting.
Oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly rollups for senior leadership reporting.
Establish standards for data integrity, metadata, and planning artifacts.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Catalyst leaders to enable decisions.
Lead portfolio reporting and governance to show what matters, risks, and tradeoffs.
Evolve tooling and AI-enabled knowledge systems for scalable governance.
Coach a geographically distributed team including managers and ICs.
