Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a Director of Planning & Portfolio Management to lead the enterprise Planning & Portfolio team. You will translate portfolio data from Tempo, EOS, Jira, and internal tools into trusted rollups for Catalyst operations, Finance, and the C-suite.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in portfolio management or related field.
• 5+ years in people management.
• Strong financial acumen; FP&A experience.
• AI, automation, and tooling strategy for portfolio ops.
• Vendor management experience.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Catalyst, and TPM.
• Enterprise Portfolio Governance and Planning Leadership.
• Portfolio Data Strategy, Reporting, and Metrics.
• Executive communication and decision support.
• People leadership and team development.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning & Portfolio team for core governance infrastructure.
• Drive AI and modern work tools to improve insight quality.
• Own planning, budgeting, and governance mechanisms.
• Ensure data accuracy across Tempo, EOS, Jira, Databricks.
• Oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly rollups for reporting.
• Establish standards for data integrity and visibility.
• Partner with leaders to ensure actionable portfolio information.
• Lead portfolio reporting and governance for executives.
• Evolve portfolio tooling and AI-enabled systems.
• Coach and manage a distributed team.
• Own staffing, budgeting, and vendor input for Planning & Portfolio.
• Serve as escalation point for data issues and risks.
