Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Staff Portfolio Manager to oversee operational integrity and governance of its technology portfolio. You will own executive reporting, data governance, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Engineering leadership, and senior TPM leads.

You will define portfolio standards, improve tooling, and ensure audit readiness while partnering with Legal and Engineering on SOWs, Jira, and vendor management. An opportunity to shape governance at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 7 years with a Master; or PhD with 5 years.
• Strong financial acumen; experience with capitalization, CapEx tracking, or FP&A.
• Vendor management experience including SOW governance and financial performance.
• Proficiency with Jira, EOS or similar portfolio tooling, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Exceptional analytical skills and data quality discipline (controls, auditability).
• Experience shaping governance practices at an organizational level.
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly capitalization and FP&A coordination, ensuring timesheet data and project classifications are accurate and audit-ready.
• Maintain and evolve portfolio data infrastructure (TRM, EOS) with improved data models and integrations.
• Drive executive reporting cycles including WBR inputs and exec dashboard maintenance.
• Partner with TPM and Engineering leads on SDLC governance and initiative tracking.
• Manage 3P vendor SOWs and Jira Cloud migration deliverables with Legal and Engineering.
• Own portfolio documentation and process standards; develop playbooks, templates, and training.
• Provide senior portfolio management support for cross-functional programs with stakeholder reporting.
• Help define and mature portfolio governance practices and operating model.
