Job summary

Synapse Health is seeking a Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation to translate the people strategy into structured programs, establish scalable processes, and drive measurable impact across engagement, performance, and change management. You will lead AI-enabled workflow initiatives and partner with senior leaders to evolve People operations.

The role reports to the Chief People Officer and focuses on delivering rigor, cadence, and expertise to enable the organization’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive HR/People Operations/OD/Organizational Effectiveness experience.
• Experience leading transformation or change initiatives.
• Experience building or scaling PM practices within a People/HR function.

Responsibilities

• Translate people strategy into structured, measurable programs.
• Standardize how initiatives are scoped, sequenced, and tracked.
• Own employee engagement strategy end-to-end from listening to action planning.
• Co-design performance management with Learning & Development partners.
• Lead change management for major People-led initiatives and coordinate with Internal Communications.
• Build playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks for People Partners.
