Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Director, GTM Engineering & Systems Architecture to build agentic systems that run our revenue organization. This is a hands‑on leadership role leading GTM engineers, systems architects, and CRM/CPQ developers while building autonomous agents that take over manual work today.

You will design and ship the automation for the revenue stack, connect agents to the CRM and data warehouse, and set guardrails to ensure trusted, scalable solutions across Ironclad's global GTM

Qualifications

8+ years building AI systems and GTM tech stacks.
Proven track record shipping production AI agents or LLM-powered systems.
Experience leading CRM and CPQ teams with GTM complexity.
Builder who writes code and ships systems.
Experience partnering with Revenue and Finance stakeholders.
High-ownership mindset with a big, ambitious mandate.

Responsibilities

Design and ship autonomous agents for GTM workflows.
Own how agents connect to the CRM, the data warehouse, and the revenue stack.
Implement guardrails and permissioning for agents' actions.
Lead GTM engineering, systems architecture, and CRM/CPQ administration.
