Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Director of GTM Engineering & Systems Architecture to build agentic systems that power our revenue organization. This hands-on leadership role will guide GTM engineers, systems architects, and CRM developers while creating autonomous agents to automate revenue processes.

You will design and ship automation tying CRM, data warehouse, and revenue systems, with guardrails and governance. A strong builder mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience building AI systems and managing GTM tech stacks.
• Proven track record shipping production AI agents or LLM-powered systems.
• Experience leading CRM and CPQ platform teams at GTM complex company.
• Builder mindset: comfortable writing code and shipping systems.
• Experience partnering with Revenue and Finance stakeholders to translate GTM needs.
• High-ownership mindset with a willingness to lead a big, ambitious mandate.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy autonomous agents to automate GTM workflows across Revenue from prototype to production.
• Own how agents connect to CRM, data warehouse, and revenue stack, including data visibility and allowed actions.
• Implement guardrails: human-in-the-loop reviews and transparent permissioning for agent actions.
• Stay ahead of agentic AI trends and translate them into new Ironclad capabilities.
• Set a multi-year GTM tech stack vision and roadmap for forecasting, engagement, and rest of stack.
