Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Sales Strategy and Operations to own the global sales infrastructure, from planning to renewal execution. This GTM-first, data-driven role partners with Marketing, Finance, and GTM Engineering to automate friction and drive strategic insights.

You will lead the operating cadences, define metrics, and shape how AI is used in forecasting and tooling to accelerate bookings while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth SaaS company.
• 8+ years of people leadership with track record of building high-performing ops teams.
• Genuine AI fluency and ability to drive AI adoption in revenue org.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-range planning for the sales org, including new business, renewals, expansion, and partners.
• Own territory design, quota allocation, and compensation model design for GTM teams.
• Define operating rules of engagement across GTM roles and scale for international expansion.
• Co-develop Ironclad’s GTM AI strategy and partner with GTM Engineering & Systems.
