Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals in the United States is seeking a Director of Enterprise Learning & Development to shape learning at scale and accelerate AI literacy across the organization. This leader will drive enterprise-wide upskilling and reskilling, partnering with HR, IT and business to deliver scalable programs that foster adoption and performance in a fast-moving environment.

The role focuses on building AI literacy, leveraging AI-driven platforms, and measuring impact to inform strategy

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise learning, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's in Learning/OD/IO Psychology or related field preferred (MBA also a plus).
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven platforms to personalize learning at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise learning and development strategy across the organization.
• Drive AI-powered, in-flow learning at scale with strong adoption.
• Design high-impact learning experiences that drive behavior change.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to align priorities and deliver global programs.
• Define metrics to measure impact and ROI for senior leaders.
