Applydigital is seeking a Director of Business Development to propel aggressive growth by building trusted executive relationships and translating AI-enabled CX into client value. The role demands a proven hunter who can close multi-million-dollar services contracts across Consumer Goods, Retail, and Media/Entertainment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, engages with C-suite, and drives strategic partnerships including Google ecosystem co-selling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience acquiring new clients for a digital consultancy or professional services firm, with an extensive network.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Comfort speaking with executives about digital transformation and AI-enabled CX.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, accountable, and strong listener.
• Experience co-selling within the Google ecosystem is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve a territory sales plan with key targets and stakeholders.
• Outreach to tier 1 prospects and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Alliance partners to craft winning strategies.
• Qualify opportunities with the sales support team.
• Lead internal pursuit team on proposals and pitches.
• Close deals with Client Partners and negotiate terms.
• Generate awareness and leads; support marketing and events.
• Follow up on APPLY marketing campaigns and inbound leads.
