Roblox is building the tools and platform that empower our global community to bring experiences to life. This role leads the Engineering Acceleration platform, shaping the AI-driven engineering toolchain and safety-first deployments at scale.

You will own the roadmap, drive migrations and automated workflows, and collaborate with senior engineers to push for robust verification and reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing engineering teams, including managing managers or senior ICs.
• Strong backend and distributed systems expertise for large-scale platforms.
• Proven track record delivering internal developer platforms, CI/CD, or deployment systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI/agentic tooling in engineering workflows.
• Excellent cross-organizational collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine the engineering toolchain to be agentic-native and safe.
• Set bold technical direction for AI-driven quality, including agent-generated tests and canary deployments.
• Improve software quality with automated verification, progressive rollout, and fast rollback.
• Reduce operational toil through automation and self-serve or agent-driven workflows.
• Own the roadmap and align cross-pod plans with company goals for safe rollouts.
