• Proven work on internal developer platforms, CI/CD, or deployment systems.
• Strong viewpoint on AI/agentic tooling in engineering workflows.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine the engineering toolchain to enable agentic-native migrations and safe automation.
• Set technical direction for AI-driven quality, including agent-generated tests and automated coverage.
• Make software quality measurable with safe-change mechanisms, automated verification, canary rollouts.
• Drive down operational toil through automation and self-serve or agent-driven workflows.
• Own and drive the roadmap, aligning cross-pod plans with company goals.
