Job summary
Roblox is seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Studio Assistant team, driving strategy and execution of the agentic AI system powering creation for millions of Roblox creators. You will own end-to-end architecture—from Studio UX to backend cloud-native infra—balancing speed, reliability, and creator experience, and grow the AI engineering org.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in large-scale software deployments with AI/ML in production.
- Experience leading large teams (15+) and delivering AI features at scale.
- BS in CS; MS/PhD a plus.
Responsibilities
- Grow the AI engineering organization and attract top talent.
- Own the technical strategy for the agentic AI stack (speed, reliability, creator experience).
- Balance cutting-edge research with shipping practical features to Roblox products.
- Lead engineers through direction, specs, and architectural improvements.
