Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Engineering Acceleration Foundations team in San Mateo, CA. You’ll shape the future of Roblox’s development tools, enabling scalable, AI-native workflows and productivity across thousands of engineers.

You will work on securing development pipelines, building internal tools, and collaborating across teams to deliver robust CI/CD capabilities, code search, and artifact management.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in software engineering.
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication.
End-to-end development, launch and support of tools used by hundreds of developers.
Knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Artifactory is a plus.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault is preferred.
Fluency in Python, Go, or C#.

Responsibilities

Support, scale, secure and redefine Roblox’s development cycle including source control, code search, artifact creation and distribution, and development infrastructure.
Build internal tools, microservices and CI workflows to improve developer productivity.
Collaborate on Source, CI tools and Build, impacting every engineer at Roblox.
