Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead the strategy, execution, quality, and technical health of our software engineering organization, for both today’s and tomorrow’s products and projects.

This role is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality software solutions while building a high‑performing engineering culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong partnership with Trinnex stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 15 years of related experience with at least 3 in leadership.
• Experience leading software engineering organizations for product and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy & delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget, secure, scalable outcomes.
• Establish governance, metrics, and practices to improve quality, reliability, and operational resilience.
• Guide AI-enabled development, automation, and modern engineering practices with governance.
• Foster leadership development, cross-functional partnerships, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
