Job summary

Trinnex seeks a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead the strategy, execution, quality, and technical health of our software engineering organization. You will deliver scalable, secure, high-quality software solutions while building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

In addition to engineering delivery, you will define the technology roadmap, guide platform scalability, cybersecurity and regulatory alignment, and mentor teams toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 15 years of related experience with at least 3 in leadership or management.
• Travel may be required domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and delivery across software products and client projects.
• Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve product health and scalability.
• Manage priorities, capacity, risk, and delivery tradeoffs across a diverse portfolio.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align investments with goals.
