Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead the strategy, execution, quality, and technical health of our software engineering organization, delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality software solutions while fostering an ownership‑driven, collaborative culture.

You will define the technology roadmap, guide platform scalability, ensure regulatory alignment and cybersecurity, mentor teams, and champion AI-enabled development and modern engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
15 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience leading software engineering organizations and driving strategy.
Proven ability to align engineering with business objectives and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define technology strategy for the software engineering organization and ensure delivery of roadmaps.
Oversee engineering delivery, architecture, platform scalability, cybersecurity, and regulatory alignment.
Lead talent development, coaching, and succession planning to build high‑performing teams.
Partner with Product and business stakeholders to align investments with strategic priorities.
