Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, quality, and technical health of our software engineering organization, for both today’s and tomorrow’s products and projects.

This role is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality software solutions while building a high‑performing engineering culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong partnership with Trinnex stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/SE or related field.
• 15 years of related experience; at least 3 in leadership/management.
• Experience leading software engineering for product and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, architecture, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across software products and client projects.
• Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies.
• Manage priorities, capacity, risk, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align investments.
