• Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and developing engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and delivery across software products and client-facing projects to meet quality, security, scalability, and reliability objectives.
• Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve product performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage priorities, capacity, and risks across a diverse portfolio while aligning with product and business goals.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to ensure investments drive customer value and strategic outcomes.
