Job summary

Trinnex seeks a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to steer strategy, execution, quality, and technical health of the software engineering organization. You will deliver scalable, secure software solutions and build a high-performing engineering culture grounded in ownership and collaboration.

You will define and execute the technology roadmap, guide platform scalability, cybersecurity and regulatory alignment, and champion AI-powered development while maintaining engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience with at least 3 in leadership or management.
• Experience leading software engineering organizations responsible for product development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy, delivery, and architecture across software products and projects.
• Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve performance and health.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with priorities.
• Establish governance, metrics, and practices to improve quality, security, and reliability.
