Job summary

Trinnex seeks a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, quality, and health of the software engineering org. You’ll deliver scalable, secure software while fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

Responsibilities include shaping tech strategy, platform scalability, cybersecurity alignment, upskilling, and adoption of modern practices and AI-powered tools to differentiate Trinnex offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across software products and client-facing projects with on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting quality, security, and scalability goals.
• Define and execute technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and long-term health of the portfolio.
• Manage engineering priorities, capacity, resource allocation, risk, and tradeoffs across a diverse initiative portfolio.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align investments with priorities, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, metrics, and operating practices to improve quality, reliability, and resilience.
• Drive DevSecOps, automation, testing strategies, incident management, secure development, and debt management.
• Monitor engineering performance with metrics on productivity, quality, stability, and customer value.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, AI governance, and regulatory compliance across engineering.
• Lead engineering innovation by applying emerging tech to improve delivery and competitive advantage.
• Guide responsible adoption of AI-powered tools, automation, and evolving practices with governance.
• Evaluate advancements in cybersecurity, geospatial tech, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance products and operations.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous modernization across the engineering org.
• Build and develop high-performing engineering managers and technical teams with coaching and career development.
