In this role you will deliver scalable, secure software solutions while building a high-performing engineering culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading software engineering organizations responsible for both product development and project-based delivery.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, architecture, platform engineering, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy and delivery across products and client-facing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
Establish governance, standards, metrics, and operating models to improve software quality and operational resilience.
Drive AI-enabled development, automation, and data-driven decision making while maintaining engineering discipline.
