Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Director of Marketing – Digital Customer Experience to shape and execute the AI-driven strategy for the company’s global digital customer journeys. You will own platforms, analytics, personalization, and AI-enabled capabilities to transform how customers interact with Prologis.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, IT, Data, and Governance to deliver measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and operational efficiency, while maintaining governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital customer experience or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership of enterprise digital platforms or customer-facing digital products.
• Experience using AI to transform digital products and workflows.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global Digital Customer Experience strategy and roadmap with AI and data.
• Reimagine customer journeys, experiences, marketing operations, and workflows through an AI-first lens.
• Lead modernisation of web and digital experiences for improved customer engagement and scalability.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across marketing and customer experiences.
