Job summary

Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategies across websites, social media, SEO, and sales tools. You will report to the Sr Director of Product Management and Marketing and influence digital initiatives for customer experience and technology use.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive initiatives, and explore AI use cases in marketing. The role supports growth through integrated campaigns, analytics, and innovative digital assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing and/or marketing communications.
• 4+ years of combined experience with digital assets such as web development, AI and similar tools.
• Familiarity with marketing tools: CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo), SEO tools, Hootsuite for SoMe and Adobe Suite for graphics design.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing activities.
• Launch of new offerings with collateral, training and events for internal and external customers.
• Support Marketing Communications and Channel Marketing teams for web development, social media, SEO, etc.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to grow sales and profitability.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across product and service offerings.
• Manage a small team to drive key priorities; coach cross-functional colleagues.
