Job summary
Valiantys is seeking a Director, AI-Enabled DevOps Transformation to drive sales and growth across strategic enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Platform leaders—translating business goals into multi-year transformation roadmaps spanning SDLC modernization, AI-enabled delivery, DevOps architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
You will own new logo acquisition and existing account expansion, lead pursuit and delivery teams, and mentor
Qualifications
- 10+ years in consulting or enterprise technology with client-facing leadership.
- SDLC modernization and AI-enabled delivery experience required.
- Deep DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering expertise.
- Strong executive communication and consultative selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Own executive relationships across strategic enterprise accounts.
- Co-develop and execute strategies expanding Atlassian/GitHub tooling and AI-enabled delivery.
- Lead complex pursuits in DevOps, platform engineering, and SDLC engagements.
- Shape architectures covering CI/CD, security, resilience, and AI copilots.
