Job summary

Valiantys is seeking a Director, AI-Enabled DevOps Transformation to drive sales and growth across strategic enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Platform leaders—translating business goals into multi-year transformation roadmaps spanning SDLC modernization, AI-enabled delivery, DevOps architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

You will own new logo acquisition and existing account expansion, lead pursuit and delivery teams, and mentor

They will own new logo acquisition and existing account expansion,facilitateexecutive alignment and value realization, and lead pursuit and delivery consultants to win and execute high-impact engagements.

What you’ll be working on

• Own executive relationships across a portfolio of strategic enterpriseaccounts;serve as the single point of accountability for client outcomes, satisfaction, and growth.

• Co-develop and execute account strategies that expandValiantys’ footprint across SDLC tooling (Atlassian, GitHub/GitLab), AI-enabled delivery, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.

• Lead solutioning for complex pursuits — partnering internally to scope DevOps, platform engineering, and AI-augmented SDLC engagements.

• Shape and communicate target architectures spanning CI/CD, security, compliance, resilience, and AI copilots integrated into the delivery lifecycle.

• Govern delivery quality in partnership with engagement managers; interveneonescalations and ensure architectural integrity.

• RepresentValiantysin executive briefings, QBRs, industry events, and joint go-to-market activities.

• Mentor consultants and architects, contributing toValiantys’ practice development in AI-enabled SDLC and DevOps.

Do you have what it takes to be our new Director, AI-Enabled DevOps Transformation ?

• 10+ years in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology roles, with at least 5 years in client-facing leadership (Client Partner, Engagement Director, or equivalent).

• SDLCexpertise:proventrack recordmodernizing software delivery lifecycles — requirements, source control, CI/CD, test automation, release management, and value stream metrics.

• AI-enabled delivery:demonstratedexperience embedding AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., code assistants, agentic workflows, AI-driven testing, intelligent ITSM) into enterprise SDLC and DevOps practices.

• DevOps Solution Architect background:hands-on or architectural depth in CI/CD pipelines,GitOps, container platforms (Kubernetes/EKS),IaC(Terraform, CloudFormation), and observability tooling.

• Infrastructureexpertise:strong foundationin cloud and platform infrastructure — networking, identity, security, scalability, and reliability engineering atenterprisescale.

• AWS credentials:active AWS certification —minimumAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professionalor equivalent in Azure or GCP.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-million-dollar account portfolios and complex pursuits.

• Excellent executive communication, commercial acumen, and consultative selling skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degreea plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence,Rovo).

• Additionalpreferredcertifications:Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA),ITIL,SAFe,HashiCorpCloud Engineer.

• Experience scaling AI platform capabilities (RAG, MCP, agent orchestration) in regulated industries.

• Experience with or exposure to AWS industry specializations

• Established network within AWS partner organizations and joint GTM motions.

• PriorP&L ownership in a consulting or systems integrator environment.

Location: This role can be located in Canada or in the United States. We offer flexible remote working policy.

$175,000 - $240,000 a year

$175K to $210K USD base + 15–20% performance bonus

$210K to $250K CAD base + 15–20% performance bonus
