Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a highly qualified Director to lead strategy and execution for its global compliance data analytics program, turning data into actionable insights that identify, mitigate, and monitor legal and regulatory risks. You will serve as direct manager for the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team.

In this hybrid role, you will design and test an AI-native program, integrate data sources, and scale risk detection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years in similar roles with at least 5 years within Legal, Compliance, or Audit in a large tech company or similar industry.
• Quick adapter with AI-coding capabilities; experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Track record of solving issues from incomplete data sets.
• Understanding regulatory benchmarks for compliance (DOJ guidelines, COSO).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior partners to design and test an AI-native compliance program and integrate data sources.
• Oversee high-value data infrastructure to support scalable compliance analytics.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for analytics strategy and AI/ML-enabled risk detection.
• Lead automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk, ethics, and regulatory areas.
• Influence data-centric culture to inform business decisions at the CEO/board level.
