Job summary

Cisco's Regulatory Affairs & Compliance team is seeking a Director to lead strategy and execution for a global compliance data analytics program. You will manage the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team and drive AI-native solutions that transform data into actionable risk insights.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in legal/compliance roles, experience with Snowflake and BI tools, and a strong track record in data-driven regulatory programs at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in similar roles within Legal/Compliance/Audit at large tech company.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience prototyping solutions with AI-coding capabilities.
• Understanding of regulatory benchmarks for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Cisco's global compliance data analytics program.
• Oversee development of automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk compliance.
• Design and test an AI-native compliance program with data integration.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for compliance data analytics and AI/ML insights.
• Provide leadership to the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team and report to senior leadership.
