Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Management Consulting or a related field.
• Strong technical foundation with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders and translate concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience establishing operating models, governance frameworks, or enterprise processes for AI/emerging technologies.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a large enterprise.
• Experience developing executive-level narratives and presentations that drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize AI governance policies and technical standards with Security and Legal.
• Onboard and evaluate third-party AI tools with cross-functional teams.
• Align business and technology partners to drive enterprise-wide AI governance decisions.
• Increase adoption of the Enterprise Platform by translating capabilities into business outcomes.
• Accelerate delivery of technical capabilities for automated AI governance at scale.
• Monitor regulatory developments and best practices to strengthen Cisco's AI programs.
