Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Director to lead strategy and execution for a global compliance data analytics program. You will transform data into actionable insights to identify, mitigate, and monitor legal and regulatory risks, aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will manage the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team, driving AI-enabled risk detection and proactive insights across the organization at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in similar roles with at least 5 years within a Legal, Compliance, or Audit function of a large technology company or similar industry.
• Experience using AI coding to prototype solutions; familiarity with cloud data warehouses and BI tools; data science workflows.
• Track record solving issues with incomplete data sets.
• Understanding regulatory benchmarks for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior partners to design and test an AI-native compliance program and integrate data sources.
• Oversee the development of scalable data analytics for compliance strategy.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for compliance data analytics and model maturity.
• Oversee automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk compliance.
• Lead data-centric culture informing decisions at executive and board levels.
