Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Director to lead strategy and execution for the global compliance data analytics program. You will manage the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team and drive AI-enabled risk detection and insights across the company.

The role combines senior-level leadership with hands-on design of data-driven compliance, ethics, and regulatory monitoring in a hybrid work model with in-office attendance two days per week at select locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years in similar roles with at least 5 years in Legal/Compliance/Audit in a large tech company.
• Proficient with AI coding for rapid prototyping; strong cloud data warehouse and BI tool experience.
• Track record solving issues from incomplete data; knowledge of regulatory benchmarks for compliance.
• Experience designing AI-native compliance programs and data-driven risk insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior partners to design an AI-native compliance program and integrate data sources.
• Oversee high-value technical infrastructure for compliance data analytics at scale.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for compliance analytics strategy and AI/ML-enabled risk detection.
• Lead automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk compliance and data-driven decision making.
• Present data-backed insights to CEO/Board-level executives and influence compliance culture.
