Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Director to lead strategy and execution of a global compliance data analytics program within the Legal organization. You will manage the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team, shaping multi-year roadmaps and overseeing AI-enabled risk detection.

The role requires deep experience at the intersection of compliance design and scalable data infrastructure, with a focus on actionable insights for executives and boards. Hybrid work is offered in select locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in similar roles with at least 5 years within a Legal, Compliance, or Audit function of a large technology company or similar industry.
• Proficiency with AI-coding to prototype solutions quickly; strong skills with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and overseeing data science workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and test an AI-native compliance program with senior partners.
• Oversee data sources integration and operationalization of analytics programs.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for compliance data analytics strategy and model maturity, enabling AI/ML-driven risk insights.
• Lead automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk, ethics, and regulatory focus areas.
• Provide data-backed insights to inform board-level and executive decisions.
