Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services (including 10 years in program management).
• Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation and end-to-end services strategy.
• Establish and lead the program operating model and governance structure.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices and teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps to align resources with business outcomes.
• Execute risk management and enforce process compliance to optimize delivery.
