Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) is seeking a Complex Program Delivery Executive to drive AI-driven enterprise transformations for top customers. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as the trusted advisor to C-suite and VP+ executives defining the how behind ambitious goals.

You will manage governance, risk, and change management to ensure value realization across multi-workstream engagements, with a focus on scalable transformation in a globally distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 20 years of experience in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services (including 10 years in program management).
• Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation, building and operationalizing the customer’s end-to-end AI and services strategy.
• Establish and lead the program operating model and governance structure, driving change management and platform adoption to ensure realized value.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices, coordinating cross-functional resources across Google Cloud and partner teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps to align stakeholder expectations, coordinate resources, and track progress toward business outcomes.
• Execute comprehensive risk management, assess mitigation activities, and enforce process compliance to optimize project delivery.
